In order to launch a virtual room as a speaker a few things need to be the case:
The speaker record needs to be set as published
The event manager needs to assign the speaker's email address to their speaker record in the Attendease Dashboard under Scheduling -> Speakers.
The event manager needs to add the speaker to the session under Scheduling -> Sessions
The event manager needs to schedule the session in the calendar Scheduling -> Session Slotter
The speaker needs to register as an attendee of the event using the same email address the event manager used above in the speaker record
Once registered and logged in, if the "Speaker Area" menu item is not present in your My Account navigation (see below), then please contact the event manager to make sure that your speaker record is setup correctly.
