There are a few different ways to offer on-demand content, depending on if you are using Attendease Event Broadcast or Other Providers, and depending on if you are using Single of Multiple Video Links.
Attendease Event Broadcast
Choose Attendease Event Broadcast under Event -> Media Options and, if you choose Multiple Virtual Rooms, additionally choose Attendease Event Broadcast for all sessions you want to have automatically recorded
Make sure to choose the Automatically Record Broadcast checkbox button before your event begins.
In a forthcoming release, the broadcast recordings will be made available for use. In the meantime, please let us know if you need help accessing any of the recordings.
Other Providers
Choose Other Providers under Event -> Media Options and, if you choose Multiple Video Links, choose Other Providers under Sessions -> <Specific Session> -> Media Options.
Enter the recorded URL in the appropriate field
Check the Enable On-Demand checkbox
Note: On-demand content from other providers can be made available before or after the session's scheduled time.
