Control exactly how your event is represented when shared by customizing social previews. You are able to do this on the Website tab, and then selecting the Site Settings screen.
Customize social sharing links
On the Site Settings screen, select the "Social" tab. There are two sections here that you will want to configure. The first is the "Open Graph" section, which determines the preview on sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+. To customize the preview on Twitter, edit the "Twitter" section.
Note: When making edits in Site Settings you have to republish the event in order for the changes to take effect.
Open Graph
You are able to customize the title, description, and image that is shared. Enter the URL that you want people to be directed to when they click the preview. If the URL field is left blank, it will populate the preview with the URL that is being shared.
As an example, with the above information, the social preview on Facebook will appear as shown below. You can preview what a link will look like by using the Facebook Debugger tool.

I've updated the social share image, so why is it still showing the old one?
If the incorrect image is appearing in the preview when sharing on Facebook, it is most likely because Facebook caches the OpenGraph images. To resolve this issue, please use the Facebook Debugger tool to force a fresh data scrape.
