If you want to allow attendees to have their invoice billed to their company add the Billing Information Widget to the registration form. On the Registration tab, select the Registration Forms menu item. Drag and drop the Billing Information Widget component where you want to place it.
Configure the Billing Information Widget
The Billing Information Widget is displayed as a checkbox, which when selected opens a number of additional fields. You are able to configure the checkbox text and field labels by clicking on the component. You are able to configure the following:
Checkbox text: Enter a descriptive text that appears next to the checkbox
Company Name Label: The label of the company name field
Company Address Label: The label of the company address field
City Label: The label of the city field
ZIP/Postal Code Label: The label of the ZIP/Postal Code field
Country Label: The label of the country label
State/Province Label: The label of the State/Province label
Tip: Make it clear to registrants that this is where they can enter company information by adding a heading field above the Billing Information Widget.
Note: Do not add the Billing Information Widget into multiple forms or multiple times within the same form.
Rules
As any other Registration Form component, you are able to apply conditional rules to the Billing Information Widget. The rule is applied to the checkbox, meaning that if the Billing Information Widget is set as required, all registrants will have to enter their company information and consequently have their invoice billed to their company.
Attendee Experience of using Billing Information Widget
When the attendee selects the "Make the invoice out to my company" checkbox, a number of additional fields will appear. These additional fields are always required to be filled out when the checkbox is selected.
In the invoice that is sent to the attendee, the "Billed To:" address is that of the company entered in the Billing Information Widget. If no information is entered, the invoice will be billed to the registrant. In both cases, the registrant is responsible for the payment.
