Moderators are able to play mp3 audio files in their webinar's waiting room, giving audience members music to pass the time until their session begins.
Note: We strongly recommend adding disclaimer text stating that you do not own the rights to the music you play (if applicable).
How can I add mp3s to my session's waiting room?
1. Navigate to your Configuration Dashboard. In the left-hand menu, select Waiting Room. Scroll down to Waiting Room Preview. Select Customize, the blue text just right of the preview seen below.
2. You'll then proceed to the editor, where you can add media to your waiting room. In the left-hand menu, select Background Audio.
3. Under Play an audio file?, select Yes.
Choose whether or not to play your audio file on a loop it repeats upon ending). Then upload, or paste the link to, your mp3 file in the respective fields.
Click Save to complete.
