1. Inside the Moderator Control Panel, you can see who are Moderators ("Admins") and Presenters.

2. To promote a Presenter to a Moderator role, select the three dots next to their name.

3. Next select "Make Admin". As a Moderator (or "Admin") they have access to the Moderator Control Panel. As a presenter, they are able to share but do not have access to the control panel.
