Occasionally an email blast will not send at the time it's scheduled or manually sent due to a number of factors. Please keep in mind that the scheduled time is not necessarily when it will be sent. It's the time when they are added to the sending queue.
These are some of the factors to consider:
1. The number of recipients in the email blast. If you have a large number of recipients it can take time to send them all.
2. The number of emails blasts (across all of the Attendease platform) queued to send when the email blast is scheduled to send. If there are a large number of email blasts sent at once a queue is established an it can take some time to send them all.
3. If someone else sends an email blast with a large number of recipients. This can establish a queue that can cause your email blast to be delayed.
Try to account for a possible delay and send time-sensitive email blasts well in advance. It's possible for a queue to take an hour or more to clear. Also, be mindful of the timing—9am-11am ET, 6am-8am PT can be a busy time for email sending.
