If you are part of an Organization or Business Unit that only hosts internal events, you may want to make your Event Portal private, thus only allowing specific people access to the website.

You are able to do this by using the Website Settings menu item on the Organization tab of your Organization or Business Unit. On this screen, you are able to dictate whether the Event Portal website is set as private, send invitations and manage people's access.
