The speaker application experience is hosted via the Speaker Application block, which includes all screens required for speaker application. This block is dynamically populated with the application form configured in the Speaker Workflows tab of the event admin.

Note: A page with the Speaker Application block will automatically be created when you create a Speaker Application form. By default, the page will be published but hidden from the event website navigation.
