On the Review Applicants screen, you can find a list of all received exhibitor applications. If you have enabled a notification to be sent to your email address whenever a new application is received, click the link in the email. Otherwise, this screen can be found by selecting the Exhibitor Workflows tab and then the Review Applicants menu item.
Note: New applications will appear at the top of your list, but you can filter by status or search for an applicant by using the search bar above the applicant list.
How to review an exhibitor application
Click on an applicant’s name to review the application. You’ll see the information provided in the application as well as options to approve or reject the application. If you are not ready to take any action, click the "X" icon to return to the list of applicants.
If you approve an application, select the Approve button. This will open a dialog box where you can compose and send the applicant news of their acceptance. The Application Approval Email drafted on the Set Messaging screen will appear in this dialog, but you can edit it before sending. Once an exhibitor is approved, they’ll be added to the Exhibitor List, which you can access from the Exhibitor Workflows tab.
If you decline an application, select the Reject button. This will open a dialog box where you can compose and send the applicant news that their application was declined. The Application Rejection Email drafted on the Set Messaging screen will appear in this dialog, but you can edit it before sending.
Note: If you are satisfied with the exhibitor in general, but there are issues with the application, you’ll need to notify them of the issues and request that they apply again using the same exhibitor application form. If the issue is minor, you may choose to accept the application but ask the exhibitor to send amended information or documents to you by email. You’ll need to visit the Exhibitor screen, under the Event tab, to update their profile.
Tip: You are able to export submitted exhibitor applications by clicking the “Export Applicants” button.
